Delete your account and data

Option 1: In the app

• Open SpeakEmber and sign in.
• Go to Settings → Delete account.
• Confirm. Your account and learning data are deleted right away.

Option 2: By email

Email support@speakember.com from your account's email address with the subject "Delete account". We process requests within 30 days.

What is deleted

• Your account, learning profile, answers, vocabulary, mistake notebook, reports and practice history.
• The link between your account and Google / Facebook sign-in.

App Store / Google Play subscriptions are not cancelled by deleting your account: cancel them in the store settings. Stores may keep purchase records under their own rules.
