1. The service

SpeakEmber is an English learning app with a personal learning path, conversations and AI feedback.

2. Your account

• You are responsible for keeping your account secure.
• The information you provide must be accurate.
• Each account is for one person.

3. Paid plans

• Subscriptions are bought and renew automatically through the App Store or Google Play until you cancel.
• You manage and cancel subscriptions in your App Store / Google Play account settings; refunds follow the store's policy.
• Each plan has usage limits (such as speaking minutes and chat) shown in the app.

4. Acceptable use

• Do not abuse, attack or disrupt the service.
• Do not use the service to create unlawful or harmful content.
• Do not copy or resell the app's content.

5. AI-generated content

Replies, corrections, translations and scores (including IELTS-style estimates) are generated by AI and may be inaccurate. They support your learning and are not official exam results.

6. Intellectual property

The app, brand and lesson content belong to SpeakEmber. Content you create (answers, writing) stays yours; you allow us to process it to provide the service.

7. Termination

You may stop using the service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend accounts that break these terms.

8. Limitation of liability

The service is provided as is. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages arising from its use.

9. Changes

We may update these terms; the date at the top shows the latest version. Continuing to use the service means you accept the new version.
